How far in advance do I need to book?
We typically need 48–72 hours notice. For weekend shoots or listing deadlines, the sooner the better. We do our best to accommodate tight timelines.
Can you shoot the same day?
Same-day availability depends on the schedule. Call or text us directly for urgent shoots, and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
Do you include drone footage in every package?
Drone photos and video are included in the Full Listing, Short-Term Rental, and Land & Acreage packages. Add drone coverage to any other package from the à la carte menu above.
What if the weather is bad?
We'll reschedule at no charge for weather that significantly impacts the shoot. Overcast days can actually produce beautiful, dramatic footage, and we'll advise.
How do I receive the finished files?
We deliver a private download link within 24 hours. Files are optimized for MLS upload, social media, and full HD display.
